EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

DR VISHAL AGRAWAL, MBBS, MRCPSYCH, DPM, DIP. CBT, DIP. LC

Member, Executive Committee

Dr. Agrawal is a Psychiatrist working since 2007 with NHS in the United Kingdom and is the Founding Director, Clarus Global Health, an initiative to increase awareness of mental health across the globe through the provision of education and learning and to improve mental health services. Dr. Agrawal has led a significant number of development projects and service improvements, strengthening clinical governance arrangements, and delivering on key performance indicators as well as budget requirements. Dr Agrawal helped set up and establish a national service at Royal College of Psychiatrists (RCPsych) called Psychiatrists’ Support Service (PSS) for which he was the national lead for 5 years.

Dr. Agrawal has had several other appointments including Vice Chair of the Eastern Division of R C Psych, editor of the Eastern division Newsletter, medical assessor for the General Pharmaceutical Council of the UK, and Chair of the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service (MPTS).

Dr. Agrawal completed his medical training at GSVM Medical College Kanpur, India, and then moved to the UK to pursue his passion for working in mental health.

DR ANITA GUPTA

Member, Executive Committee

Dr. Anita Gupta is a physician and an Adjunct Faculty member at Indiana University. Her research focuses on Adult Gastroenterology at Indiana University with funding from the National Institutes of Health (NIH). She has presented extensively at national and international conferences and published in peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Gupta is a member of the Board of Trustees at the Hindu Temple of Central Indiana (HTCI) since 2016, where she held the position of the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees for the year 2020. She is currently engaged in various Community Outreach and Public Relations in her community and has successfully partnered with external organizations to promote Indian Culture. Dr. Gupta is also the President of the Asian Pacific American Faculty and Staff Council (APAFSC), part of the Diversity and Equity Council of Indiana University. The council is dedicated to bringing awareness and supporting Asian groups and students at Indiana University.

Dr. Anita Gupta completed her medical degree in India, Masters in Public Health from Indiana University, and Masters in Business Administration from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.

Finance COMMITTEE

Ms Tarana Dada, MBA

Head, Finance Committee

Ms Tarana Dada is a Finance and Operations leader with nearly 20 years of industry experience. She is currently Senior Finance Director, managing a $6 billion portfolio with Johnson & Johnson’s ‘Janssen Biotech’s Oncology and Worldwide Partnered Products’ group. ​

In her 12+ years at Johnson & Johnson, Ms Dada has held various finance leadership roles across Treasury (Mergers & Acquisition), Consumer, and Pharmaceutical sector. Prior to joining J&J, Ms Dada worked in various Manufacturing and Operations roles in US, UK, India, and Nigeria. ​

Ms Dada holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and an MSc from University of Wales, Cardiff , UK.

Having lived across 4 continents and 11 cities, she considers herself a global citizen. Education has been an integral foundation for Ms. Dada, and she is passionate about coaching and mentoring girls to empower them to follow their passions. Apart from the Finance Committee,

Ms. Dada also contributes her time to the Fellowship and Mentorship committees of the Princeton Foundation. She lives in Princeton, New Jersey with her husband and two daughters. 

Ameyavikram Pathak

Member, Finance Committee

Ameyavikram Pathak has been associated with the Princeton Foundation since its inception. He is the Founder and Past President of the Young Ambassadors program at the Princeton Foundation. This program started in one school in 2016 and has now expanded to multiple schools and colleges not only within US but also in other countries. These Young Ambassadors are the backbone and future leaders of our philanthropic endeavors.

Ameyavikram also developed the conceptual framework of Princeton Foundation’s healthcare project “Heal the Humanity” which started with a major donation from Harvard, support from the Government of India, and led to a partnership between Princeton Foundation and Maersk Shipping Corporation as a CSR endeavor. Starting with the US-to-India shipment of COVID supplies in the year 2021, this project is expanding to enable the transport of philanthropic medical supplies from anywhere to anywhere in the world.  It is also now incorporating other critical elements of global healthcare such as telemedicine, telementoring, Scholar Exchange Programs, seminars, Health Policy Research etc. This project has been critical for the evolution of the Princeton Foundation’s healthcare endeavors. ​

He serves the Princeton Foundation through analyzing quantitative data as a member of our Finance Committee, help with General Accounting, managing data, and organizing plans of how the foundation’s budget could be most efficiently spent. As a member of Finance committee, he ensures that the Princeton Foundation is operating at its maximum potential and is soundly using its financial resources while serving the community. Ameya also assists Princeton Foundation’s Executive Committee as a part time Resident.

MRS SANDHYA RASTOGI, MSC

Mrs. Sandhya Rastogi is retired Deputy Commissioner of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sanghathan an autonomous educational body working under Ministry of Education Govt of India having more than 1200 schools PAN India

After completing her Post Graduation in Physics from the esteemed University of Roorkee (now IIIT Roorkee), Mrs. Rastogi joined the KVS Sanghathan as a Physics teacher. Having  natural leadership traits propelled Sanghathan to take note of her qualities and she swiftly moved from teaching to Principal and finally retiring as the highest rank official in the Kolkata and Jaipur region in the capacity of Assistant Commissioner and finally Deputy Commissioner, providing strategic academic and administrative guidance while upholding highest standards of compliance as required by Sanghathan.

She was one the chosen academicians by the Ministry of Education to support its first ,in country, digital education initiative – “Sakshat” bringing resources on the digital platform thereby making education accessible to the most marginalized. Over glorious 34 years of her career, she has guided and mentored many students, educators and administrators some of whom have grown to CEO positions and are heading institutions and organizations as socially aware individuals.

MRS ASHA SARMA, MA, MED

Mrs. Asha Sarma is a retired Principal of Sri Vidya Mandir, (CBSE ) Salem Steel Plant, a reputed school in Tamilnadu. She has 35 years of experience in teaching English, Economics, and History. Prior to that, she worked at Syndicate Bank in Delhi and Hyderabad.

Mrs. Sarma completed her Bachelor’s in Economics (Honours) from Miranda House, her Masters’s in Economics from Delhi University, and Master in Education.

She has conducted many workshops on New Teaching Techniques and is a motivational Speaker. She is interested in teaching, counseling, and volunteering. She has mentored and guided many students some of whom are entrepreneurs, and many are holding high positions in leading organizations all over the world.

Mrs. Jyotima Prasad, MBA.

Head, Mentorship Committee

Mrs. Jyotima Prasad is an inspirational speaker, visionary life coach, and humanitarian at heart. Her vision is to awaken Gratitude consciousness in the world and inspire everyone to live a happy, thriving, and abundant life. Mrs. Prasad is the Head of the Mentorship  committee at Princeton foundation for Peace & Learning. She is also the Chairperson of the Human Relations Council of West Windsor Township. She helps people and organizations across the globe “using the power of gratitude” to attain new levels of contentment, happiness, and peace. The purpose behind her work is to empower, inspire and uplift every soul she comes across. 

Born and brought up in Gorakhpur, India (the country where spirituality is heart of it and bring along rich culture and ancient wisdom value system), Mrs. Prasad had the opportunity to live in Canada & Australia before settling in West Windsor, New Jersey, USA with her supporting husband and two loving kids. 

Mrs. Prasad is an MBA finance and Mathematics major from India. She was a senior corporate finance professional for 10 years before she turned into a visionary life coach. Her life transformational journey, from a Finance Professional to a Visionary Coach, is a path of realization that every day is truly a gift and not to take anything for granted. Mrs. Prasad was diagnosed with Takayasu Arteritis (a rare Pulseless disease) and underwent several medical treatments. It was during this bleak period between life and death, that she learned the Power of Faith, Patience, and Gratitude.

Mrs. Prasad believes that one doesn’t need to experience setback to nurture a grateful perspective, it can be simply be the way of life. Deep diving in gratitude with Mrs. Prasad, one can create abundance in every area of life. Her profound yet simple teachings focus on the significance and power of Gratitude. With this awakened state of grateful consciousness, she believes anyone can become a conscious, empathetic, and compassionate leader thereby creating a thriving and inclusive world. Following her firm belief that each one of us has infinite potential, she helps corporates, education institutions and individuals, underpinned with gratitude, to tap into the reservoir of their unique talents and abilities.

Her message and mantra is “Love all, Serve all, Help ever, Hurt never”. One world, one family bonded with Love and Gratitude. “Vasudhaiva  Kutumbakam”.  

She is the recipient of 2022 Mercer County Women’s achievement award   and 2023  Women’s Achievement award for serving the community. 

She was also invited to “ United Consciousness Enclave” – One Consciousness , One Being,  as an Esteemed speaker  to  speak on “Spirituality and Resilience”.

He is the Chairman of Online Impacts, Board Member at Assuaged Foundation, Advisory Board Member at Koenig Childhood Cancer Foundation, Inc., Member of Board of Directors at ESG Justice, among other positions.
